Dale Knight Caribbean Band from Philadelphia, PA

My name is Dale Knight. I'm from the small but beautiful island of Barbados, where I started playing music on multiple instruments, from a very young age in my dad's church, along with my 5 brothers and 2 sisters. I've been playing music professionally in hotels, night clubs, concert venues, and touring with bands for over 33 years, including the 6 years when I took my band onboard Norwegian Cruise Liners. I came to the USA 25 years ago, to pursue my musical ambitions, and one of my first big gigs here was as a background vocalist for McFadden and Whitehead of 'A'int No Stopping Us' fame. For the past 15 years, I've been playing Guitar, Keyboards and Vocals as a one-man-band at Bahama Breeze restaurants at various locations in PA, NJ, and DE. For the past 8 years, I've added my 22 year old daughter to my act, for Wedding-Cocktails, Corporate Events, Backyard-Parties and Festivals. Khalida plays Steel drums/Pan. Our repertoire consists of Reggae, Soca, Pop-music and Hip-Hop covers, some rearranged in to a Caribbean style. We also provide recorded music during our short breaks. Our price is always negotiable.
