Diana Sheehan Sings the American Songbook Broadway Singer from Dallas, TX

She has performed her original shows in New York, San Francisco, Boston and Dallas thrilling audiences with her interpretations of classic works by Jerome Kern, Cole Porter, George&Ira Gerwhin, Rodgers&Hart, just to name a few. "Diana Sheehan Sings: the Jerome Kern Songbook" was awarded BEST OF LOOP at the 2016 Out of the Loop Fringe Festival and has been produced by ATTPAC at the Winspear Opera House, the Sammons Cabaret, The Fork&Knife Club,The Dallas Opera Guild, The Dallas Theatre Center Guild and the Puccini Society of Dallas. Diana's show, "Nobody's Hart: the Lyrics of Lorenz Hart" was the winner of BEST OF THE LOOP at the 2013 Out of the Loop Fringe Festival and enjoyed a sold-out run. Diana debuted Nobody's Hart: the Lyrics of Lorenz Hart at the Sammons Center for the Arts in the fall of 2012. Diana's show "Midway" was awarded BEST OF THE LOOP at the 2012 Out of the Loop Fringe Festival. Her current show," Liner Notes: a Life in Song" celebrates the glory of vinyl records and a time when we all took some time to just listen. It debuted at the Sammons Cabaret in downtown Dallas last April. Diana's shows require a tuned piano (grand or baby grand, preferably) and appropriate sound for the room. She works with a highly skilled accompanist, and additional musicians can be added upon request. Shows can be tailored in time and content according to the client's needs.
