Victoria (Vicki) Delaney is a living example of meeting the statement "I shall overcome". She is a Mechanical Engineer, author, consultant and has been hearing impaired since she was 4 years old. At the age of 4 she had German Measles and her hearing was reduced around 40%. As a result, she has taken the liberty to make up her life as she thinks it should be. She couldn't hear or comprehend everything so she made it up. Vicki mentors international small business owners via Skype, and holds workshops to help professionals find their Right LivelihoodTM using her 4 step process to prosperity. Her passion is to see people living a life of satisfaction, enjoyment and prosperity by choosing the right personal and business relationships. Vicki's experience as an engineer, quality system auditor, and consultant led her to study the teachings of Jung and Plato which defined humans as having four distinct personality types or operating systems. She had experienced bosses telling her they didn't understand her or she wasn't communicating properly, etc. It was this issue of communication that led her to studying the Keirsey Temperament program to become a certified temperament consultant. Vicki's topics are based on insight, humor, and her studies. She published a book on Divorce titled, "Shall I Go or Shall I Stay", which uses the personality traits from Keirsey and life experiences to develop a process to determine whether to Go or Stay based on whether the couple is compatible from a core basis and external belief systems.
