By 2020, 62% of employees are expected to work in virtual teams. With the maturation of the mobile workforce, more virtual team members are working in groups spread around the world. To become high-performing, these individuals require unprecedented levels of communication, accountability, and shared expertise. Without these skills, virtual teams are unequipped to handle the pitfalls that come with virtual teams. With these skills, which Lee helps you develop, virtual teams can outperform other teams and reach unprecedented levels of success.
