With over 25 years in the business development industry, Emil Vicale has the skills, experience, and knowledge in the branding, marketing, and product design space. In 1990, Vicale started his own design firm, BBC Design Group. BBC designs and develops products and solutions in the consumer product, clothing, furniture, and weapons industries, among others. In the mid-to-late 90's, Vicale became a 3D printing pioneer, creating one of the first companies to use and offer 3D printing services. In 2001, Emil purchased and developed Toybuilders.com, the first custom toy 3D printing company.
Before websites were what they are today, Emil is one of the few people who was there, building them! When Vicale.com, the first-of-its-kind, hand coded website launched, it quickly stood out as the most innovative site on the Internet and became the standard used by flash coders across the globe, receiving worldwide recognition in the process. Long before the invention of the iPhone and apps, Vicale developed the first app, which can still be viewed at vicale.com. This first on-demand mass customization website allowed individuals to build a custom action figure.
Since its start in 2002, Emil Vicale's Herobuilders.com has been the largest and most respected maker of custom and personalized action figures in the USA. Herobuilders.com was the FIRST of its kind custom action figure business that makes action figures that look, talk, and dress like the consumer, making it the premiere maker of Custom Action Figures. In the wake of 9/11, with the introduction of the George Bush Action Figure, Herobuilders.com also became the first political toy company in the world.

For over ten years, Laura Bagnarol worked in the field of victim services by providing crisis intervention and support services to crime survivors. In that time, she also worked to prevent violence through community education and has provided hundreds of trainings to schools, underserved populations and professional organizations throughout the state of New York and beyond. She has taught as an Adjunct Instructor and presented at the Faculty Resource Network's 2011 National Symposium, "Emerging Pedagogies for the New Millennium” in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Her work as a prevention educator and crisis counselor has been highlighted in the media. Years later, it was this work that deliberately led Laura into the field of empowering girls but this time through the sport of football. In 2014, with help from her cousin Emil, Laura launched the PigskinPrincessProject.com, a football empowerment program that is making a significant impact in the lives of girls. Her program has been featured in the local news and continues to grow.
