My overall experience with NY Party Productions 10/29/23 was fantastic. Communication from date of booking to date of party was good. The Led Robot was showed up & showed out. They were absolutely fantastic. The way they worked the crowd and danced with all on the floor was wonderful. Kudos to NYPP. Would recommend them & their services to those having events. Especially the Led Robot.

This company was very easy to work with and very polite and professional. They showed up on time and the operator was very professional. He also dealt amazingly well with my 41 nieces and nephews (ages 6-17) who thought the photo booth was their personal playground. The single drawback was that the back of the booth kept falling off. One of the kids leaned back and off it fell, luckily no one was hurt, and he had it quickly fixed and up and running again. However, the poor guy also spent the rest of the night leaning on the back of the booth from the outside to make sure it didn't fall again. We would absolutly use this company again.

My reception was a big hit with the green screen photo booth! Mike, the owner/attendant was very accommodating, professional and patient, we appreciate his hard work and fun props. He even fulfilled requests for special added pictures. Mike was a great to work with and very affordabable and I would highly recommend him!! Thank you!!

I wish it wouldve turned out better,it was not clear with the amount of space needed,they couldnt get it started til about 9:30 for a 8pm start time,pictures did not come out as clear as i would have liked.once up and running it turned out ok

Client didn't have enough room for the green screen to be set up. We moved the system 3 times at the client's request around the room to try to find an appropriate spot. Finally we settled on a spot but we're not able to use the green screen effects due to lack of space as the room was packed too tight with tables. We stayed an extra hour to make up for the time lost during moving the system and also gave the client $150 discount off for the inconvenience even though it wasn't our fault. We purchased a traditional photobooth, but received open air. NYPP arrived late, & left a message on my home phone. Set up was during the party. Image quality was poor. Enclosed photobooth (the old fashion variety) offer a more controlled product secondary to distance to the camera and enclosed space not impacted by changing lighting in the room. Photostrips printed out horizontally instead of vertically, which also contributed to lacking a real photobooth feel. While they had our logo, they also had NYPP advertisement right on the front. Props were nice quality. He did knock some money off the cost for the mix-up, which was appreciated.

There was a mix up on which booth was delivered and we adjusted the price to compwnsate the client but actually worked to an advantage. Hall would only allow vendors to load in by going up a flight of stairs which the traditional booth can not do. As far as being late, on the way there was a traffic accident which caused delays we thought we might be late or close to the start time do I left a message to let the client know not to worry that we were on the way. But we did end up getting there before the event started and had everything ready and up and running as soon as the guests walked in the room. The image quality is standard and we have had no complaints about

I absolutely LOVED everything New York Party Productions put together for my office Halloween party. I am in charge of planning events for the Hulu NY office and I am so happy I found these guys! They were professional, nice and their decorations were exactly what I was looking for! I had big shoes to fill for this event and they made me look like a rock star! We also used them for karaoke and their selections were like nothing i've seen! I would for sure recommend using them for any party needs you may have!
