Isaac Helgestad Guitar Blues Guitarist from Little Rock, AR

A young guitarist specializing in blues, funk, and jazz guitar since the age of 4 -- I am currently in my second year at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock as a Guitar Performance Major and Psychology Major with an emphasis on Forensics. I specialize in improvisation to jazz and blues tracks, and self created, on the spot loops for weddings, private parties, corporate events, large venues, and really, anything you can think of! With every show I also perform a wide variety of originals. In addition to solo performances, I play with a blues and jazz duo, and trio. I also fill in for bands needing a guitarist, in which I can play a variety of different genres. During the time that my maturity had grown on my instrument, I had determined my favorite styles: Blues and Jazz. Examples of influential people in my musical life range from Stevie Ray Vaughn to Hendrix--Guthrie Govan to Larry Carlton, Jeff Beck, and more. All of these influences can be heard in my playing!
