Mark Scott Lamountain And The Blue Thunder Band Blues Band from Hernando, FL

Originally from Springfield Ma. Mark formed the band Rude Attitude the band was on a roll with their first indi produced cd, which was actually recorded at the world famous Longview farms Studio in North Brookfield Ma. where the Rolling Stones Aerosmith and J Giels did their best work, but the timing was just a bit late as the Seattle grunge scene took over and pure Metal was at the end of it's decade. So Mark started a 24 track-recording studio for commercials and local bands including Skin Dogs Army And Dead River, both in the Pantera realm of heavy rock. And then started his own record label Blues Baby Records. Finally getting very tired of the cold climate of Massachusetts Mark moved to Sacramento California formed the Blue Thunder Band which was a mix of traditional blues with a Stray Cats rockabilly feel and started playing in Tahoe, Reno and of course the greater Sacramento area, belonging to the Sacramento and Sierra Blues Society, the band was having a blast. It was a great time, but then California started to get very crowded, and the whole economy was starting to decline, it was time for a change. In 2008 Mark moved down to Hernando Florida to be close to his family. Mark has toured not only across the USA, but also in Jamaica, Firenze Italy and Canada. The rock bands Rude Attitude and Dead River although indi label outings did very well. But with the Blue Thunder Band, he finds himself at real musical and songwriting peace with a band of his own name.
