Back from a brief hiatus, Winston-Salem,NC's The Loose Cannons brings a new lineup of exciting bluegrass music to Gigmasters. Having been involved with Gigmasters since 2008, we have booked and managed over 50 events over the last few years with 100% positive feedback and have maintained a high national rating with some of the best talent on Gigmasters,a high level professionalism, dependability, and willingness to meet the needs of the client. The Loose Cannons have combined the forces of guitarist Mike Baliff, dobro player Alex Mckinney, bass player Josh Tench, mandolinist James Bernabe, and 2011 Galax 1st place bluegrass banjo champion Andy "Al" Lowe. Fantastic! We felt so lucky to spend the evening listening to their super music. The band was professional, accomodating and incredibly talented. All of our guests loved the band and wanted to hear more. A couple of out-of-town guests even asked for booking information. I would definitely hire them again in a second!

These guys were great. They arrived early and stayed late. They were very accommodating and flexible, willing to play while wandering through a house that didn't have a great setup for music. I would highly recommend them. My only regret is that I spent too much time talking with friends rather than listening to their music.
