WoodShed Radio is a zany group, comprised of banjo, upright bass, guitar with three-way vocals, performs a variety of musical genres. But, their higher calling is covering top 40 and classic rock tunes in traditional bluegrass style. Think, a barn burning version of Smoke on the Water with a banjo! WSR also features self-penned parodies like: Get Sleepy (Get Lucky) & Slurred Lines (Blurred Lines) and more!
WSR, Leary, Russell and Cindy also kick out traditional bluegrass tunes like Foggy Mountain Breakdown and Fox On The Run. Their repertoire encompasses tunes from The Avett Brothers and Mumford & Sons to U2 and originals.?
Sometimes their alter egos show up as The Korn Brothers & Sister Eirah. And then there is their special guest, Ernestine. Ernestine is hilarious, four foot tall, orange know it all bird/puppet that gives everyone a hard time. When she makes an appearance - watch out!
