The gentlemen in the Lonesome Fiddle Ramblers were professional but fun when performing for our retirement community independent living community residents! They definitely had toes tapping and hands clapping throughout their performance and they even took requests. Their sheer talent alone is a reason to book them but their accommodating and pleasant personalities are a bonus!

It was crazy hot, their speaker blew out, and still they played on and were so professional and sounded great! If we do the event again we will definitely be asking them back!!

These gentlemen made my husbands 50th Birthday incredible! In spite of the crazy cold snap we got for the holiday weekend, they were troopers, and all lived up to and far exceeded all we could have expected. By the end of the night they felt like family sitting around playing for us! 100% recommend them and plan on booking them again for a company party soon!

Jerry was a pleasure to work with from the beginning in coordinating the event and the group was a perfect fit for our Barbecue and Bluegrass themed corporate event. Lonesome Fiddle Ramblers are an absolutely wonderful group of performers! They are talented showmen who really made our "Hoedown" gala authentic. They were happy to work with a dance caller and were pros through and through. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for some legitimate bluegrass. What a treat!

Jerry and the Lonesome Fiddle Ramblers and excellent musicians. They arrived on time, and the music was outstanding. During our event, I heard several guests commenting on how much they enjoyed the group's music and song selection. A guest was even inspired to sing with the group and they welcomed her right in. From my first email, I could tell that working with Jerry and his band was going to be easy. They are without a doubt seasoned professionals and I was glad to have hired them for our big event.

These guys are fabulous, talented and fun! We have used them several times for entertainment on our moonshine theme train. Everyone loves them. They play a perfect selection of music, very accommodating and the guests are extremely happy with their style of entertainment. We have booked them several times and look forward to having them join us for several events in the future.

The Band was perfect for our event. I had communicated that we were looking for instrumental music as opposed to voice selections. The music was diverse, but every song was enjoyable. The band members are very talented, and it is very evident that they enjoy performing. Jerry Swope was very responsive in communication with me and was so accommodating to our request for an weekday/evening gig - driving to Hershey, PA from Hagerstown, MD. All of the band members were so personable. We would have loved to have them longer, but we had to vacate the room by 8:30 p.m. People from adjacent conferences were drawn to our event, just to hear them play! They're AWESOME!

Very highly recommend this awesome group of Bluegrass musicians! My husband and I were looking for a band for our outdoor wedding and decided bluegrass was the way to go. We found The Lonesome Fiddle Ramblers and they exceeded our expectations. Very professional, showed up when expected, sat and entertained guests, and had great talent. This group is wonderful to work with. Their music is tight and the picking/fiddling is exceptional. A great mix of traditional bluegrass is country classics. They were also great with the kids, incorporating them into the show. This is our second time booking this band and each time they have stunned the audience! They are fantastic.

Jerry and his bandmates were wonderful! They made the long early morning drive into Baltimore in order to perform for our students and faculty. They set up right away and even started playing early. Communication back and forth via email was responsive and clear. There musicianship and engagement with the audience were both stellar. They welcomed a few of our students to join them "on stage" which was so generous and fun. They played a full repertoire of bluegrass and traditional tunes and it was exactly the spirit and mood we were hoping for on our first day of school celebration. I would highly recommend them.
