Just Picked String Band Bluegrass Band from Morgan Hill, CA

What could be better than a Trail Dust BBQ - Smoked Tri Tip, Mesquite Ribs, Pig Dipp'n Sauce and Live Bluegrass Music? The Just Picked String Band has been pick'n, a grin'n, and play'n foot stomp'n Bluegrass, Oldtime and Americana music in the South Bay Area since June 2008 when founders, Rich Giuffrida, and Duane Campbell were asked to perform at the historical Machado School reunion in Morgan Hill. Since then, they have performed regularly at Hunter Hill Vineyards, Creekview Winery, Trail Dust Restaurant, Little Lou's BBQ, Beauregard Vineyards, Satori Cellars, Solis Winery, Huntington Station, Vine Hill Winery and Martin Ranch. They have also played several Private Parties, Weddings, as well as the Morgan Hill Wine Stroll, the Hollister and Morgan Hill Rotary, and Lemos Farm during the Half Moon Bay Pumpkin Festival. Some of the stronger influences and inspirations for the band have come from local bluegrass icons… Jack Tuttle, John Cooper, Peter Hicks, Bill Evans and Megan Lynch. Just Picked's primary mission is to have fun, and expand musically but more importantly the band is hopeful that folks enjoy their music as much as they enjoy playing it.
