"Your training and preparation are impeccable and it showed... And what can I say about the show? Your shows were fabulous. I really think you blew everyone away, including the musicians."
– Amy Smith, Event Producer
"Sa'diyya.......you were a HIT with us and if I am in charge of the program next year....and, I do expect to be, then you will definitely be a part of it. Thank you again for helping us to make this festival one of the best in Plano, ever!!!!!"
-T.J. Johnson, Plano International Festival Director
"The first place trophy for Belly Dancer of the Year went to Sa'diyya. Performing 1st in the category, she was a tough act to follow and definitely fulfilled the expectations of the judges."
-Gilded Serpent, Online Belly Dance Journal
"In fuchsia chiffon with flowing sleeves that enhanced her arm movements, she manipulated a beautiful fuchsia, teal and mauve veil with great drama. Later in the dance she became playful and outgoing. The whole effect was graceful, youthful, and fresh."
-Review from Amy Bonham from Gilded Serpent, Online Belly Dance Journal
"It was also refreshing to meet someone who was in the limelight, getting attention for what they do, but who was also very approachable and non-diva. If she had any elite airs about her, they did not show to this attendee."
– Aurel, Bellydance Seminar Student and Audience Member

The typical belly dance show at private events consists of a 20-30 minute performance, but shows can be customized for clients' needs. The dancer will usually perform to pre-recorded Arabic music (requests are taken for other kinds of music such as Persian, Indian or Turkish - Also, a live band can be booked by request). The first half of the belly dance show features a showcase of the different props the dancer is skilled in using, such as wings, veil, sword, candelabra or canes. Towards the end of the show, the dancer will get audience members up to participate by showing them dance moves. The finale of the show is a lively solo drum dance wherein the audience can join in by clapping along and watching closely as the dancer performs amazing feats of abdominal control!
