Make your event unforgettable with a professional belly dance performance by multi-award winning dancer Kendra. Her elegant and captivating performances are perfect for all ages. Kendra's ability to interact and captivate audiences differentiates her from other dancers, and makes for an unforgettable performance full of everlasting memories! She is the perfect entertainment for upscale events, weddings, parties and corporate functions.

Kendra will use exotic props of your choice such as finger cymbals, veil, wings of Isis, shamadan, sword, or cane at your event. Every show is fully customized to her client's requests and style. Kendra can also provide a live band of Middle Eastern musicians, a zaffa dance torupe, or even a master drummer for your event or wedding for additional fee. 

As a second-generation Oriental dance artist, Kendra began her dance training at the age of seven. Kendra's dancing reflects serious study of Egyptian dance technique, Arabic rhythm, sagat, and folkloric dances from Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Iran, and Turkey. Kendra completed intensive teacher training courses for Egyptian Dance in Cairo during 2006 and 2007. While there, she was fortunate to learn from dance legends Nagua Fuad, Mona Said, Dina, Randa Kamel and many others. Research for her undergraduate degree focused on Arabic and Spanish dance history and Middle Eastern and African women's history.

Kendra has performed professionally in Los Angeles, New York City, Palm Springs, and Mexico City. She has won the titles of 2007 Double Crown Performing Artist and 2008 Belly Dancer of the Universe Drum Solo Champion. She also placed 2nd runner up at the 2007 Ahlan Wasahlan Winter Competition in Cairo, Egypt.

Kendra is a professional and beautiful belly dancer who made our baby shower memorable. At the end of her performance all of our guests were dancing and having a lot of fun. Highly recommend hiring Kendra for your next event!!! 

She came all the way out to Parkdale, which is at least 1.5 hour drive and was super accommodating to my requests. She also got the crowd on the dance floor when I asked her to. Such a fun time! Highly recommend!
