I truly wish I was leaving a better review. I booked QCE for my wedding and was very hopeful after my phone call with the owner. We paid for a signature cocktail to be provided during cocktail hour, as well as mixers to be provided. Fast forward to day of the wedding, we have purchased beer, wine and vodka for the signature drink and 30 minutes before cocktail hour the bartender is nowhere to be found. When she does arrive, it's without ANY KNOWLEDGE of a signature cocktail. No pre-made batch. My husband's uncle had to run & grab mixers and we were left cocktail-less. Now, QCE is avoiding my calls & emails. I'm pursuing legal action!!!! DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY!

Hello. My only comment about the service is that I was told that there weren't enough cups for the event, and we had to go buy more.

Thank you for your review Peter! We appreciate the opportunity to service your wedding! We apologize if you were left with the impression that we did not have enough disposable cups. The bartenders bought a total of 450 disposable cups, with the anticipation of 100-150 guests endulging in alcoholic beverages. Unfortunately, they ran out after providing non-alcoholic beverages as well. One of the bartenders then deligently, quickly, & very professionally went to the store and personally purchased more disposable cups. Once again, we greatly appreciate your business!! Every thing they said they were going to do was a lie. Most of all I asked la toya over and over if she was sure she was going to provide enough mixers for 100 people and she promised she was going to have more than enough. When the bartender showed up she had enough to serve about 25 people!! Imagine how mad I was and she refused to answer my calls. I had to send a family member to the store to purchase all my mixers while the party was going on. She also promised a runner in case anything runs out but never sent anyone. On top of everything else the bartender could not keep up with the guests, I had to ask a friend to help her!!! Do not hire them!!!!!!!

LaToya, our bartender, was a vital reason why the party I hosted was such a major success!! She was so nice, so professional and so accommodating to all my guests. The punch she mixed was delicious and didn't last long. If you want to take a private party to the next level, hire Queen City Elite Services!! I'd give 6 stars is that was an option
