I had high hopes, but I think this company is going through growing pains. My biggest complaints: 1. They need to do better job of finding out who their clients are & tailoring an alcohol purchase list to their clients' needs. 2. They need much better communication. The bartender was 35 minutes late, but we were never contacted. The bartender said she had no contact information for us. And conversations I had with the owner were never relayed to the bartender. 3. We would have loved a more creative, interactive bartender. She was polite & friendly, but could have suggest fun drinks for our guests. Also, please ask before putting out tip jars at private parties.
