Wedding ReceptionReviewed on May 25, 2017From Morning View, KY

Amy was a great bartender and served our guests well during our wedding reception. All of our guests were satisfied with the drinks and service, and I didn't hear a single complaint about them. She was extremely accommodating, including a couple of last minute requests. However, we had requested that she not put out a tip jar, but she did have one. She also had two bartenders present in addition to herself, which was fine, but felt like overkill. I would recommend Amy for small to middle size events, and I imagine she could handle larger events as well. If anything, I'd recommend that she be more specific on particulars in the future. Thanks Amy!

Thank you for having us. There is typically two bartenders at every event. The only reason for the third bartender was due to an injury I sustained.

Wedding ReceptionReviewed on January 15, 2017From Hamilton, OH

Amy was extremely nice, but didn't honor many of my requests. I triple checked with her to make sure she would bring enough beer and wine for 90 people. Within 1.5 hours, without excessive drinking, we were out of almost everything. The mother of the groom had to drive during the reception to get more beer and wine. She also put out a tip jar when I asked her not to. She was extremely nice and I hate leaving a bad review, but it was really not okay that my mother in law had to miss part of the day to buy drinks to make up for her miscalculation.

Wedding ReceptionReviewed on October 6, 2016From Cincinnati, OH

Amy and the bartender were nice with good service. The problems I had are as follows. I am the bride, so I obviously missed cocktail hour. When I got my first drink, Amy was leaving, as we were running low on ice and soda. One hour into the reception. We had planned for 200 and only had 140 guests. We should not have been running out so quickly. She provided off brand sodas when I requested Coke products. She told me when she saw the wedding colors, royal blue/gray, she went home to get plastic, light blue flowers for the bar. While kind, it was not requested, nor did they match. I feel her time would have been better spent preparing for what the contract required.

:

The Coke products were provided, however the tea and root beer were not mentioned to be Coke products. Yes I did bring in the flowers for the bar area, but that was long before the ceremony even started. I matched the colors on the cake. I have received several compliments throughout the night as guests were picking up my business cards. As for the ice, we ran out of a lot of ice. The only two places that I found close to the reception hall were small bags of ice, and we ended up later having to buying them out. We are professionals in what we do. We also have to work with what is provided to us which wasn't much. We made do with what we had.

Alex and I had a blast. Creating a new kind of Long Island was fun too. Who knew it would be a huge hit. Excited to work with you again.

Wedding ReceptionReviewed on May 3, 2016From Louisville, KY

Prices were affordable so much so it made us nervous. We had repeated contact with Amy about what liquor and bartenders provided. Upon arriving at reception my in laws were behind the bar to make orders. We ordered 4 servers there were2. She had HALF of the Makers Mark we ordered . Friends bought more. She served hot beer my nephew brought three cases of his own beer. Were it not for intervention it would have been complete disaster. We should have trusted our instincts. If you have a SMALL (50) or less Amy is fine. She is nice but not qualified. I recommend you do inventory when she arrives. She did not order what we asked for. You get what you pay for.

:

All of the above is completely false. I will not go into details. However I will say this, nobody bothered to speak to me on a professional manner about this afterwards or since. I am a professional for I've done this for 11 years and do carry 2 licenses.
