Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience with Sasoned Sound. I booked them for my parents 60th Wedding Anniversary Party. I booked on May 3rd for a May 28th performance. The day before the party I received an email from the group that stated the following: "One of our members has gotten a conflict involving family, that came up after I bid on the party. I have known this for several days. But I believe that I am a miracle worker, so I didn't contact you immediately figuring that I could find replacement for him or for us. Because of the holiday weekend, that miracle has not occurred." No phone call, just the email. I had no time to find another group.

While I tried, unsuccessfully, to find a substitute part or another quartet to fulfill the job, I didn't inform or include the client in and of the search.

We loved Seasoned Sound! They helped our office celebrate National Barbershop Quartet Day, and these guys were fun-loving and excited to be a part of our celebration. They were comedic, talented, and interactive with our crowd! Our employees really enjoyed their performance, and we look forward to having them back in the future!

They ruined our mother's 90th birthday party by canceling a half hour before the party. We could not believe this!! Very very disappointing!!!!!!! Only gave the reason of ....one of us is out of town.

Absolutely Fantastic! Everything was perfect and everyone enjoyed the performance! We had a special request and they were more than accommodating! They went over and beyond from start to finish. Great bunch of guys, very accomodating especially given they didn't have much of an accoustical environment to work with(large, noisy church hall). I recommend them whole-heartedly and plan on having them back to St. Giles.

nice bunch of guys. showed on time, well practiced, did a nice set. had good vibe with each other, humorous patter between songs etc. nice red matching jackets. would use again, no problem.
