Ilia And Maria Volokh Dancer from Cleveland, OH

Ilia brings with him over 30 years of dancing, teaching and performing in the United States and Russia. Ilia's career began with the formal ballet training and a Master of Dance Education degree from the Moscow's Institute of Theater Arts. He performed across many theatres and with many dance companies in Russia and after moving to the United States, fell in love with Ballroom dancing and has been competing professionally and with his students for the last 10 years. Maria joined Ilia as his ballroom dance student, having come from formal rhythmic gymnastics training in Russia. Together, Ilia and Maria compete and perform in ballroom and Latin styles at many Cleveland social, charity and private events. They can also be hired to teach group dance lessons at events or to help get guests off their seats and onto the dance floor.
