Are you looking for a bagpiper? Funerals, Weddings, Retirement Parties, Birthday Parties, etc... Look no further! I begun playing bagpipes on Thanksgiving Day 2000, I was 17. Since then I have performed at numerous weddings, funerals, parties, birthday parties, retirement parties, and many other random things. During my time in the Marine Corps I played a many memorial services for fellow Marines and their families, and played at several other Marine Corps functions. I have played with many pipe bands including Kells Pipes and Drums, (Portland, OR) and the Eugene Highlanders (Eugene). I have been a piper with the Keith Highlanders Pipe Band (Seattle) since 2011, and have been piping for 15 years. I am available all over the Seattle area, and depending on notice, even further.

Having to put together a memorial service is emotionally taxing. Having to do it on short notice is even worse. Being able to rely on Matthews discipline, character, and extraordinary skill sets was priceless. His adaptability was boundless and the authority, authenticity and conviction with which he piped, perfectly brought attendees to a place of honor and tear filled remembrance. My personal interaction with Matthew, left me wishing I knew him as a friend. How much better could it get. Spem Successus Alit. God's best to you Matthew.

Matthew was professional and compassionate and seemed to truly care for the family's wishes. He was on time, early in fact. The Piper was the most discussed portion of the memorial. He made the day in every way. Thank you very much.

Matthew was a spectacular addition to our anniversary party! I couldn't be happier, and we are just so glad that we chose him. His performance was so incredibly enjoyable, he was very personable and even shared some very interesting information about the history of certain pieces of music. If you are interviewing pipers for your occasion, don't hesitate to book him, you'll be as glad as we are that you did! We'll be hiring him again, as well as, recommending him to guests, friends and family!
