Megan Kenney Bagpiper from Glendale, CA

An award-winning piper, Megan has most recently been competing in Glasgow in solo competitions and studying at The National Piping Centre under the instruction of Margaret Dunn, the first ever woman to win an A Grade in a light music competition. She began studying and competing as a solo piper under world-class piping instructor, John Allan, who's played with everyone from the Chieftans to Korn, piped in Oscar-winning movies and instructed start-up pipe bands to world championship levels. Megan joined the award-winning Glendale Pipes and Drums and has been traveling all over the states in the competitive pipe band world. Megan is an accomplished live musician who is able to match her performance to the emotional sensitivity of each event. She is available to perform at funerals, weddings, parties and special events.
