Rod was a very welcome addition to an… Rod was a very welcome addition to an otherwise stressful parent's funeral. Dad was very proud of his heritage and would have loved to hear Rod play. That thought makes me smile. Everyone in attendance was comforted by the music. The booking procedure from 1st contact to end was flawless. Would highly recommend having Rod perform.

I wouldn’t hesitate to book Clan MacLeod again. Rod was game to come out to the middle of nowhere for my brother’s wedding, arrived early, and played beautifully (even while trekking up a hill to the ceremony spot). He was so friendly to guests who stopped him to ask questions. His performance was the perfect touch to the wedding ceremony.

Rod made my grandmother's 102nd birthday celebration so special she was moved to tears (and she doesn't cry!). He was super quick to respond to my last-minute request (idea came to me on a whim, three days before the big day), and he willing to come on Easter Sunday to our home to make it happen. I can't thank him enough for sharing his talent with us! It was beyond my family's expectations! They said I set the bar so high now, what the heck could I possibly do for 103?! Thank you, Rod!!!

We had them for a memorial service at a cemetery. After the church, we were a little late to the site, no helping that, or figuring out the time better. He was there when we arrived and began to play. I think he played 4 songs, then said he was too hot to play any longer. I felt he should have played more, and we had made requests which he played, except for the final one which he did not play as he was too hot. I was a disappointed.

Both Rodney, the piper and the drummer were very professional and excellent at their instruments. They also seemed very likable and, after the performance, chatted with us and explained the kilt situation. We loved having them at our party as did the other guests.

Strolled in thru the living room with auar like mystical master po and entered the backyard with skirt pipes and a long beard. And had us all at in a mild attention. He played under the willow tree on a windy day and wowed the crowd with piping splendor. A real treat for guests and neighbors

Rod MacLeod was a wonderful addition to our daughter's wedding this weekend! He played for our guests leaving the church, during the reception line, and continued playing through our family photo's , and right on up until the limo pulled out of the St. Mary's parking lot! All of this in 95 degree heat, he never stopped and did not even appear to break a sweat! Thankyou Rod, you were a sweet surprise for our daughter, her new husband, and all of our friends and family, you made our special day even more wonderful!!

He was very professional, sympathetic and even had foresight to bring a smaller version of bagpipes which sounded excellent and not overpowering. Everyone commented how appropriate and unique having a piper at the funeral. I know my father would have liked it. Thank you so much clan macleod. I have to admit it, I was fine and composed, , until Amazing Grace was played at graveside. So beautiful

Clan MacLeod was the most amazing bagpiper I have ever heard and the most incredible addition to my aunt's service. Everyone continues to talk about it. It was absolutely beautiful with Clan MacLeod! We could not have made a better choice. I live in Georgetown (Washington, DC) and was trying to get everything set up from afar. Clan MacLeod was always responsive and I felt confident that he would be there ahead of time to set up. He was! I could go on and on, but I would run out of space with accolades.
