Mary Claire O'Neal is the internationally known author of the award-winning book, Becoming What You Want to See in the World. She is also a communication consultant, keynote speaker, and coach. For almost 20 years, she has been working with corporations, Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, universities, non-profits, and individuals in professional and personal development through workshops, keynotes, consulting and coaching. Before becoming a consultant, author and coach, Mary Claire's past experience included mental health educator for the Commonwealth of Kentucky, resort director, and Equity actress. As an Equity actress, Mary Claire studied and worked with Sir Anthony Hopkins at the Royal National Theatre of Great Britain.
