CBA will not only consult on design, budget, and timeline; but we will help you create opportunities that may already exist within your founda- tion and remarket the ones that have lost some lust.

Prioritize Live / Silent Auction items for optimal results:
CBA believes the live auction order is one of the most important elements in your overall success. Our experts will assist in reviewing your donated items and assist in selecting the best item designation for your live auction, silent auction, and raffles. CBA will create an auction item order using our custom method of organization. This will not only generate excitement but also maximize your potential to reach your goals.

Night Of

Raffles:
CBA staff will work with your team to help create a raffle that makes the most sense for your target demographic. On the day of the event CBA also assists with the selling of raffle tickets. Our goal is help generate interest and excitement. In some cases volunteers get distracted by the excitement of the gala, and their focus may waiver. CBA staff adds great value to your event with our dedication and exceptional ticket sales. Our staff will even dress to compliment the theme of your gala for added enthusiasm

Cocktail Auction: ( formerly Silent Auction)
For most events the silent auction has become a sore subject. Lots of work and a low reward. At CBA we developed an entirely new concept known as the cocktail auction! With a “less is more” philosophy we use visually stimu- lating and user friendly items during this portion of the event. We have incorporated CBA's one of a kind closing technique which, on average, increases revenue between 30-40%! Less work, more revenue, and increased energy going into the live auction. What's there to lose?

Live Auction:
Most events rely on an Emcee that works from a podium. CBA however uses a completely different approach. CBA implements a professional lead auctioneer with a cordless mic and additional professional auctioneers to replace volunteer bid spotters. CBA will provide a well-oiled team of auction- eers who drive up bids, entertain guests, and increase your bottom line. CBA provides added confidence that everything is being handled professionally.
