Dr. Yvonne Cobbs was AMAZING!!! She blew everyone out of the water. She made my grandma's homegoing memorable! That was all people talked about was her signing. One person said she felt like she was in the "Color Purple" running to the church to see who's anointed voice that was. I will definitely refer her to others. She was on time and very professional. I will also go see her at any performance she may be in! She was EXCELLENCET! 10 Stars! :-)

Yvonne is a truly gifted & talented singer! She took the time to get to know what songs I wanted performed at my brothers memorial service & helped me figure things out since I had never put together an event like this.Something told me that she was someone I needed to have sing and my family & I are so very blessed & fortunate that she was available.The Chapel was experiencing technical difficulties but she rolled with it & sang A cappella so beautifully & powerfully that she didn’t even need any music because she blew us all away with her amazing voice.She arrived in time & was a true professional I would recommend to anyone!So Glad I was able to book her!

Ms. Cobbs took our event to the next level. She showed up early and worked well with the everyone hosting the service!!! Her voice is amazing...so soulful! She sang some of the hardest songs a cappella: America the Beautiful, Star Spangled Banner & Amazing Grace. I highly recommend working with her!

Dr. Cobbs worked with us on very short notice to sing the National Anthem at the Commissioning Ceremony for the USS OAKLAND (LCS 24) on Saturday morning, April 17, 2021. Her performance was just plain outstanding -- very soulful and respectful and perfect for the occasion. I received a lot of positive comments about her performance from those in attendance at the ceremony. She even went the extra mile to meet with the event planner the day before to understand the meaning of the ceremony and the importance of her role. She was a wonderful team player and a fabulous talent. Thank you, Dr. Cobbs!

We hired Yvonne for a virtual conference to open up with Lift Ev’ry Voice & Sing, which is not an easy song to sing. Yvonne sang acapella and blew our attendees away. Wow!! We were blessed and grateful for Yvonne Cobbs to perform at the TVBC Brotherhood Ministry Appreciation Celebration on September 28th. The performance was enjoyed by everyone. We booked Yvonne for my mothers memorial service in South Lake Tahoe, CA. There were mudslides that closed most of the routes into town and I feared that Yvonne wouldn't make it. She made it to the memorial service and was everything we wanted for my mom. I would highly recommend Yvonne for any entertainment needs. Yvonne was an absolute joy to work with and an incredible talent. In addition to her wonderful vocal skills, she was extremely professional, accommodating, and focused on making our event a success. Yvonne was incredibly professional. She contacted me as soon as we booked her, to determine song choice. She arrived early in order to perform a sound check, and she was incredibly flexible, as there were several technical difficulties we had to deal with during the performance.
Her vocals are amazing, and she blew everyone away with her performance. She even performed acapella, which was a last minute request, and performed amazingly. I am so grateful to have found Yvonne. She is highly recommended.
