Featuring outstanding harmonies and musicianship, the band includes keyboard, guitars, bass, and sometimes, percussion. Specializing in "Country Rock" and "Acoustic Rock" tunes, they do covers of the Byrds, the Eagles, Crosby, Stills and Nash, America, Neil Young, and Bob Dylan to name a few. They have played all over the Southern California area at festivals, bars, restaurants, and private parties. They have been in great demand in this Anniversary year of Woodstock. Wake the Bard was absolutely brilliant! Their music was terrific, their presentation flawless, their manner professional, and on top of it, they were really nice people! Fewer guests showed to my party than I expected and Wake the Bard adapted literally without missing a beat, adjusting their play list on the spot to fill and animate what turned out to be an overly large room. I could not have asked for a better group. They MADE the party.

This band was very professional and accommodating such as playing songs that were specially requested by attendees at our party. They were friendly and readily interacted with the audience to encourage participation such as singing along and dancing, and made everyone feel comfortable. We would highly recommend this band to others considering this music genre for their special events.
