Lightning creek was fantastic all our guests just loved this band wanted to know where we found them !! They were professionals and played every tune requested just very well sounded like the oringinal artist ! I would highly recomend them for anyone's event they made our party a total success !! We liked them so much we booked them again for our upcoming annual Halloween party !!!! They were well worth the money .

Loved this band! They accommodated to our needs and fit our budget. They had such a great mix of music and was very friendly and fun to work with. So bummed they are booked for our party this year! But would recommend them to anyone that wants to hear music you grew up with and get everyone out on the dance floor to jump around! So much fun.

If you are questioning a band verses DJ, hire them! Pretty good variety for a mixed wedding crowd. They were very kind to work with and had no hidden surprises or fees. On a down note, their transition from song to song was slow, their crowd involvement was minimal, and stage presence was pretty simple; tshirts and ball caps. They are not top notch musicians, but worth their price range. They were also professional in terms of not drinking excessive amounts of alcohol, if any.

I wish we could hit a home run every time we stepped up to the plate. We can't but it never stops us from aiming for the fence! The review is inaccurate in that no band member has ever worn a t-shirt to a wedding reception nor would we. We did manage to leave some beer for the guests though, so at least that part is correct ;-).

Excellent band, great playlist and they sounded great. They arrived on time, set up smoothly (considering it was during a time we had guests there, they were not distracting as they warmed up and checked equipment), they had a lot of energy and played awesome songs! Would hire them again and confident in recommending to anyone. Worth the money.

We booked Lightning Creek for our wedding reception last week, and are very satisfied with our choice. Paul was quick to respond to emails and made pre-event coordination a breeze. The band is very talented; on some songs, it was hard to distinguish their sound from the original artist (really liked their rendition of "Wagon Wheel" and "Take Me Home Country Road"). One small critique is that there were a couple of songs that were special to us that they could not play or learn to play. Overall, great experience and two thumbs up.

Lightning Creek was outstanding!!! Their song selection, instrumentals, and vocals were amazing. We wanted a wedding reception with a lot of dancing and they kept the dance floor full all night. We have received tons of feedback from our guests complimenting the band’s energy and musicianship. Vern, Paul and the rest of the band are the best and we would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a great band! Laurie B

We hired Lightning Crrek for the second year in a row for our MD fundraiser. They are a tremendous value - the quality of the band far exceeds their fee. They are on time, professional, and very easy to work with. If we have a band at the event again next year, we'll strongly consider hiring them again.

We hired Lightning Creek to play our reception and they were fantastic! Their mix of country, classic rock, and oldies provided a little something for everyone. Lightning Creek was SUPER flexible prior to the event and arrived early for set up to make sure everything was running ok. The price was right for our event also - much more competitive than other offers. This was all before they even started playing. Once they did, they are a seriously awesome band - very talented (again, especially for the price!). We were hosting a Kentucky Derby themed event so we had them playing country but the attendees seemed to enjoy more oldies type music so they swtiched back and forth between the two without issue. I would hire them again in an instant. Thanks again Lightning Creek for the awesome job you did for our fundraiser.
