Fishcakes and the Fried Daddies Americana Band from Cliffside Park, NJ

Fishcakes and the Fried Daddies play a unique blend of Swing, Jump Blues, New Orleans , ;and American Roots music all fed through an electric rack band format featuring tight vocal harmonies and great leads.. We are five pieces: John "Fishcakes" Farrell on vocals, rhythm guitar and tenor banjo. Our "two Vito rhythm section: bass and drums (they're been playing together on and off for about 30 years) Lead guitar Bob and our musical hit man Billy Jones on keyboards, fiddle, mandolin and harmonica. The one thing people say about us is you're gonna dance. Folks who don't dance get up and dance. Our music is "good time music" There'll be some surprises and some old friends but we will fit you like an old pair of shoes and we're going to keep them shoes tapping.
