Keys of Joy provides Piano, Vocals, Guitar, and DJ Services specializing primarily in wedding celebratio. Well known throughout the Atlanta area as a provider in cultural selections as well as pleasant coffee-shop style music, Keys of Joy works hard to provide a unique experience at every event that we attend. Who are we? Keys of Joy was founded by Ben Adams who played piano since the age of six years old. Mitou Charles joined as lead singer and shares Ben's passion in music and educating those around her in the true gift of music. Today, Keys of Joy provides services from videography to DJ to Wedding vocals in events throughout Atlanta. With the lovely voice of Mitou Charles and the talented hands of Ben Adams, Keys of Joy takes pride in the ability to bring smiles to the hearts and faces of Atlanta and the greater South-East. BEN ADAMS ~ "I have been playing piano since I was 6 years old. Starting out on my Mom's accordion, I received professional music lessons on trumpet during the sixth grade, but piano and guitar have been my passions. In my musical history, I have played with Moe Better Blues, Seven 7 Band, Riverside Praise Team, The Liberty Band, and several churches." "Recently, I have been concentrating more on weddings and special events as well as giving piano lessons. I play primarily by ear, but I am able to read music to learn new pieces." MITOU CHARLES ~ "I started singing when I was six years old. Through the encouragement of friends and family, I have carried this passion through life and enjoy sharing it with others. Nothing brings greater pleasure than to know that my voice brought a smile to a weary day or a spring into the bride's step. Music is truly my passion!!" "My goal is to record and continue writing and producing music. However, I never want to lose my passion for sharing my music in live settings." Keys of Joy also provides Wedding Reception and Special Event DJ Services. We have a vast collection of tasteful music on our computer and can provide background music for most events. I can also serve as the Wedding Announcer for the reception or Father/Daughter dance as needed. Our musical influences are too many to name, but we favor Acoustic, Reggae, Jazz, and Blues.
