What the show consists of: I am a solo acoustic guitar/vocalist. I can perform in large or small venues. I come complete with my own sound system and small light show. I have a varied set list and can play for up to five hours if needed. I am highly event adaptive both song (set list) content wise and event wise. If it's a formal event I can present a very formal, relaxed show. For bars and pubs a more energetic, interactive show. My specialty is getting the crowd involved, talking to them and making sure they not only listen to some fun music but have a genuinely "all encompassing" good time. I have been told many times I am the only solo acoustic performer that people have actually got up and danced for. I have also been called a "great value". Book me today let's have a party! I take immense pride in a high degree of professionalism and commitment to providing the highest quality production for your event. Extra background information: I have been writing performing, producing and recording music for several years. I am a voting member of the NATIONAL ACADEMY OF RECORDING ARTS AND SCIENCES (THE GRAMMY AWARDS). I was invited into the academy in 1997 after one of the songs I had recorded ("papertrain") for and indie label got picked up by MTV's "Road Rules" and placed in the soundtrack of one of the episodes. I was able to achieve voting member status at the academy by having not the 6 required number of commercial releases but over 17 in the course of ten years. I have secured regional radio airplay throughout the east coast of the United States, and have toured the east coast for both Cargo records and Alternative Tentacles(of Dead Kennedy's fame). I have recorded for several other indie labels such as: Big Heavy World and Good Citizen records out of Burlington Vermont, and my own recording studio/ indie record label. When I am not in the Middle East fighting the war on terror with the New York national Guard I reside in Burlington, Vermont.
