CryWolf Acoustic Rock and Roll Cover Band Cover Band from Salt Lake City, UT

CryWolf is a local acoustic rock 'n' roll cover band. We've all played in hard rock bands in the past but have traded in our electric guitars, amps, and drum kits for something that fits in more venues. The songs you listened to in the 60's? 70's? 80's? 90's? Those are the songs we play with 2 acoustic guitars and a cajon. You'll be singing along with the songs we play and tapping your feet. Please don't confuse "acoustic" with "mellow." Our band is not mellow. You will certainly be able to hear us, but you'll also be able to carry on a conversation without screaming over a wall of noise. We've been together for 7 years and have played the local bar/club scene. We're always invited back. We've also played at many corporate and private functions, as well as neighborhood parties, holiday events, and occasional weddings. Our song list includes artists such as Collective Soul, America, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Tom Petty, Aerosmith, Dokken, The Guess Who, The Eagles, Stone Temple Pilots, Pink Floyd, and many more. There are no acoustic bands in the state who play the songs we do on acoustic guitars. We have a great sound and our set list is filled with songs that are well known but not overplayed by other rock bands. With CryWolf, what you see is what you get. We set up and tear down in 20 minutes, and we sit down when we play. With about 100 songs to choose from and the era of music that we cover, we think we'll be able to connect to just about everyone. At one job last year, we played a song that was released in the late 60's. When we were finished, an older woman came up to us and said "you guys played my favorite song so well." She was 98. Great venues that fit well for us are corporate/private functions, neighborhood and holiday parties, and weddings.
