The violin is perfect for adding warmth, beauty and a touch of class to your wedding or special occasion! I can also provide you with angelic vocals, either traditional (Ave Maria) or more contemporary. I play accompanied by guitar, and together we will delight you and your guests with the finest music, and our professional and dedicated service will help to make your day stress-free. You may choose from a wide variety of music- classical, jazz standards, show tunes, movie scores, contemporary songs, ethnic melodies, and more. We can provide you with sound reinforcement as well as music.

My guitar ccompanist and I are also happy to provide strolling music. We love to give our audiences and up close and personal musical experience.

All the classical wedding pieces sound beautiful on the violin with guitar accompaniment, and it's a natural and lovely musical combination for romantic ballads and other love songs as well. We can also perform beautiful vocal renditions of most songs. Whether it's what has been called a breathtaking "Ave Maria", a rousing "Siman Tov U Mazel Tov"(Hebrew), a sweet rendition of The Beatles "In My Life", a romantic standard such as "As Time Goes By", or the more contemporary Coldplay's "Yellow" or Train's "Marry Me", we can play it or sing it, setting just the right mood on your special day.

Our fee includes meeting with you before your event as much as needed to learn about you and what you envision, and to help you select the music that best suits your unique tastes and creates the atmosphere you are dreaming of. We are glad to tailor both the music and process to your needs- we can decide together on specific pieces, or you could give us a general idea about what you want to hear and leave the specifics up to us. If there is a song you would like us to play that is not already on our list, we will learn it just for you!

Daphna Rahmil, violinist-vocalist, is a classically trained violinist as well as an award-winning songwriter, a guitarist and a trained singer. She has been performing in the Bay Area for many years as a solo artist and also in various ensembles.

Bruce Barley, guitarist-vocalist, is a veteran Bay-Area musician who has worn many musical hats over the years. He plays guitar, mandolin and electric bass- everything from Rock' N Roll to wedding ceremony music. He is also a songwriter and a quite a crooner.
