Crush Hound is made up from three out of four members of the super group known as the Big Daddy band from Muncie, Indiana.

In general a couple of the old dogs, Jeff Phipps, Scott Twibell and Dave Pennycuff

have added some new dogs, drummer Gary Brewer and do it all utility man Phil Griffen to the mix and what a mix it is!

Each member of Crush Hound has over 30 years each of experience as professional musicians

This band is going to be a force that no dog catcher can hold.

• They were great ! I've received nothing but compliments from my guests, whose ages ran from 27 (younger brother of gromm-to-be) to mid-70s)grandmother of future bride, and all ages were packing the dance floor throughout the 2d and 2rd sets. Their range of covers is impressive, from George Strait to Creedence to Earth Wind & Fire. Vocals from all 4 members were great. • Big Daddy Band was a big hit at our 20th Anniversary here at the Indianapolis Zoo. The crowd loved their performances of 80s hits. They gave a good mix of songs, and their sound was great. I understand they can do great variety of songs other than 80s hits, but our group was thrilled by the selections. They did a nice job interacting with the crowd and they added a lot to our event.
