"We thought you guys were awesome – the crowd LOVED you! Some of your songs sounded exactly like the original artist. You guys were great to work with – everything I look for in a vendor, from responsive (I think you called me back within 20 minutes of my first call), to flexible (learning our songs and working with our stage set up) to friendly and professional. I was looking all over for the perfect band and it's very hard to stay within a budget if you want live music. However, I was so happy to find your group not only affordable, but also top notch. We had very high expectations for our wedding music and you delivered, and even exceeded, all of them. From providing the perfect dinner ambiance with classic jazz to rocking through hits from the 50s on up to the present day to absolutely nailing our special song requests, there were no bases you didn't cover. We were especially grateful for your attention to detail in helping us organize the timeline for our dance sets and even for the reception itself. "Dear WOM, A simple email will not give justice to how much WOM added to our day. Right from my first contact with you, you have been brilliant. When both Lara and I met with you, you were professional yet relaxed and you really did put us at ease about not only the music at the wedding but also how the day would run. Taking that into consideration it was an easy decision to choose you. Once that decision was made, you were absolutely fantastic to work with. Always understanding, flexible and professional, not only with us but also with Trisha and Lorri at the California Yacht Club. I'm sure as a client we were reasonably demanding asking for you to learn new songs, but you were more than happy to do so and those specific performances were fantastic. So a quick run through of the reception…Having you as the MC was brilliant, it was a fantastic way to be introduced and the first dance was better than we could have expected. The music during the meal was spot on. When you started the first set the dance floor flooded……and it only got more and more busy. The playlist was perfect and you had something for everyone. Not only did WOM learn the new songs but you were good enough to do 2 songs with different guests singing. By this point the evening was beyond rocking! The tent resembled a night club more than a reception at a wedding and then somehow WOM stepped it up another level. Inviting me onto the stage to sing 3 songs was brilliant fun. Having Lara's cousin play Viva La Vida was so cool, certainly made up for my lack of singing talent! Putting it simply, we could not have asked for more from a band, we are so happy that we choose WOM. Not only was the music brilliant but everything about the lead up and the performance was professional and fun. - Word of Mouth were fabulous at Seven Oaks Country Club's 2008 New Year's Party! At a club where our members have no hesitation in stating their opinion, I was pleased by all the compliments I got regarding their talent and the variety of music they performed.
