The Mellow-D's is a unique blend of old and new styles. The band started out as easy an l listening swing/standards outfit then later added blues and a wide variety of music from Ray Charles,Sam Cook, to Bob Wills and the Texas Playboys.WE have recently added and recorded Motown, 70's 80's and some 90's dance music to compliment our sets. We found ourselves being asked to play at weddings an numerous events from top 40 dance to blues and so we had to customize our sets to accommodate the event we were entertaining. Eventually we had to learn many styles of music to broaden our horizons.
The band has up to six pieces depending on the venue. Any one evening there could be Guitar,bass, Sax,drums and piano fronted by Edan one of the most talented female singers in Florida.

• Dancing Melodies performed at my wedding and were amazing. They played music for the ceremony, cocktail hour as well as for dinner and dancing. They play a variety of music, which appealed to different guests' tastes. All sorts of people got up to dance. They learned a very specific song for us and we will be forever grateful for that. I would highly recommend The Dancing Melodies for any event. They are very good with communicating leading up to the event. I found that their fee was very reasonable when compared with other performers and was very happy with the entertainment they provided us.
