Not just another cover band, This AWARD winning band plays "ALL" styles of Swing/Jazz from BIG BAND standards (Sinatra, Tony Bennett,Nat King Cole) to Parisian Swing( Django Reinhardt)some traditional NEW ORLEANS jazz and also The Texas WESTERN SWING(Bob Wills)sound.
They also take hit Pop,Country and even Disco songs and perform them in their style!
We have many recordings of the band playing each of these styles

CLIENT FEEDBACK:
These Guys were awesome - they played our out door wedding in th middle of nowhere south of Dallas and they showed up on time. they let us use their sound system and they helped with announcements during the reception. Not only were they professional, but they had the music and talent to match. My wife and I both recieved many complements on the music and how it just made the nights. I really would recomend the Texas Gypsies. We got the best performers we could for the best money. Their bid was a little less than most and I know that they did a better job than the others.

The Texas Gypsies are AMAZING! They sound even better live than they do in their recordings, and how often does THAT happen? Steve was fantastic at handling the business details with me, and the band absolutely killed during their performance at the wedding. Thanks again, guys!

In a word...FABULOUS! These guys gave us just the sound we needed for our fun Prohibition-theme wedding. It is now two weeks later, and all we keep hearing is "Man, that band was fantastic!" They are worth the asking price (which is very reasonable to begin with!) Steve Curry is a great guy and very easy to deal with. I would recommend them without any reservations.

The Texas Gypsies were OUTSTANDING! Very talented musicians...very easy to work with. We have a small cafeteria, so we aim to keep volume low, and they were very accomodating and the strings are perfect for our setting.
The variety was great. Their style of music was a welcome change from typical country or top 40. I will strongly recommend these guys for other events.
Very professional, top notch performers. They were prompt for all 3 gigs (within 24 hours!).

We were both extremely impressed by the band and really enjoyed the music. Even more telling was the number of comments we had from guests as we walked around during the reception.
The band is extremely talented and the music they played for us was perfect. They played two songs for us that weren't on their regular set list, and both were great.
We found these guys through Gigmasters, and were really pleased with their performance and professionalism. Anybody who likes well played gypsy, Dawg, or music that isn't cookie cutter will love these guys.

The Texas Gypsies were a great pick for our grand opening event and were also very friendly and accommodating to work with. The band was great. We gave them very little guidance for our wedding and they did an awesome job. Our wedding went very well overall, and one of the things I kept hearing was "the band is great where did you find these guys!?"
