DESCRIPTION:
The Pyramid Bands are professional ensembles that have performed regularly in the Northeastern United States and Southern Ontario Canada since 1993. We are dedicated to bringing the best in live music to your event. We specialize in dance music of all varieties for all occasions utilizing different group sizes: the traditional 'Big Band Format' (The Pyramid Dance Band), a complete Big Band (The Pyramid Orchestra) or a reduced 'Big Band Size'(The Pyramid Swing Band). Our repertoire of nearly two thousand songs covering an 80 year span allows the Pyramid Bands to bring Big Band Favorites; 50's, 60's & 70's Rock; and Contemporary Hits to all of their listeners. Our library contains everything from ballads to be-bop, rock n'roll to rumbas, blues, cha-chas, disco, ethnic, fox-trots, jazz, polkas, swing, tangos and waltzes.
