Feedback
- The Moonlighters were booked for our Corporate Holiday Party and they were absolutley wonderful! Going into our party, it was not expected that our employee's would likely get-up and dance..well, less than a quarter of the way through the evening, the dance floor was full and it stayed that way until the end of the night. All members of the band were professional and very accomodating, to our selection of music and in taking our requests on the fly. It's days later and I am still receiving emails about how great the band was. I highly recommend them as the perfect choice for top-notch entertainment for any event. We expect to hire them again for our party next year! -- Teresa V, Vienna, VA, 1/10/2009
- The Moonlighters were the perfect band for our wedding. From the ceremony, to the cocktail hour to the reception, their song selections and energy level were perfectly matched for the mood we were trying to set. They are incredibly talented musicians and entertainers and they managed to get all 150 people at our wedding up and dancing the entire night. Many of our guests have commented on how fantastic the band was and several guests expressed interest in booking them for other events. I would recommend them to anybody, without hesitation. Thanks to the whole band for making our wedding such a fabulous event!!! -- Amy C, Washington, DC, 5/3/2008
- The Moonlighters were a great addition to our Christmas party and adjusted very well to a small and crowded room. Great sound from a small group and they were all very willing to accomadate the needs of their audience. Many compliments were given to the party planner in their behalf. It is obvious they enjoy what they do - it comes out in their music. They was jammin' and we was jammin' right along. Good Job!!!! -- Paul P, Washington, DC, 12/13/2008
- The Moonlighters were wonderful - exactly the sort of band we were looking for for our wedding! Many of our guests came up to us to tell us how great the band was. They added a vocalist at the last minute so that they would be able to play specific songs I requested and had the whole floor filled with people dancing. Everyone enjoyed them so much. Thank you! -- Laurie C, Thurmont, MD, 4/27/2008

- The Moonlighters did an excellent job for my wife's Surprise 50th Birthday party. They performed an excellent blend of Motown / Funk & Soul and prectically everyone at the party came up to me and said "Great Band, where did you find them?". - We hired the Moonlighters for our Valentine's Day wedding and we got lots of compliments about the band! They even let my brother play bass with them, which was a really lovely way to involve him on my special day! -- Sabra G, West Friendship, MD, 2/14/2009
- The band was fantastic!! I fully enjoyed their performance and received positive feedback on them from many who attended my reception. I would use them again and totally recommend them to others. The Moonlighter's helped to make our wedding reception special and memorable!! -- Kristen H, Frederick, MD, 10/27/2007
- Where to start? EVERYONE who attended the reception was simply in AWE and kept asking where I found this band! The band and singers performed flawlessly and were very professional. There were so many people dancing at times that there wasn't any space left on the dance floor to accommodate any more! All vocalist were amazing, but the lead female singer literally blew everyone away. The band played right up until the last people were left at the reception and remained as professional and energetic as from the start of their performance. Very eager to please, very professional, and very friendly people! I recommend them without hesitation. Thanks Moonlighters! -- Scott F, Leesburg, VA, 9/20/2008
- The Moonlighters were absolutely amazing. They had everyone on the dance floor all night! -- Bryan G, Fredericksburg, VA, 10/13/2007
- This was our 40th Autumn Glory Festival kick-off dinner. The band kept playing, the crowd kept dancing and we had the most positive feedback ever on the entertainment for the kick off dinner. -- Cherie R, Oakland, MD, 10/10/2007
- The Moonlighters simply ROCKED. Our crowd was up and dancing BEFORE they served dinner.
They met all of our needs and played the songs in the right order and at the correct times. Towards the end of the evening, they played Sweet Home Alabama right on cue. It brought the house down!
Our guests were amazed at their performance and we're still receiving great feedback from people weeks later.
The Moonlighters took our wedding to the next level. I would suggest them to anyone.
William Goldman and the band are top-notch professionals. We'll use them again.

- The Moonlighters were fantastic, as always. This was a major open house for an estate in Baltimore County. They were extremely professional and sounded great. The Moonlighters certainly made this a distinct, memorable function. -- Lindsay B, Lutherville Timonium, MD, 9/27/2007
- These guys fit the bill perfectly for our Spring Fraternity Formal. Every suggestion/recommendation we had for them, they followed to a T, and they kept people on the dancefloor constantly. We gave them a direction to go in, as far as the setlist, and they took it from there, and we were not disappointed. These guys were some very talented musicians that played with a lot of soul, and if that is what you are looking for, then by all means book this band right now. The Moonlighters are highly recommended! -- Andrew H, Philadelphia, PA, 4/23/2007
- The Moonlighters were simply fantastic! They showed up early to ensure they were completely set and ready to go at the appointed hour. They were extremely professional and very accommodating to my guests' requests. I will most definitely use them for my future parties and highly recommend them!! -- Don H, Alexandria, VA, 4/14/2007
- We had an outstanding experience with the Moonlighters and I highly recommend them for anyone's wedding or big event. From the first time we talked to their contact, William, 9 months ago until the end of the wedding, we couldn't have been more pleased with the professional, friendly, and accommodating service we received. The Moonlighters were a huge hit and had people up and dancing the entire time! We're still receiving comments from our guests about how much they enjoyed the band! The Moonlighters walked into our reception and encountered several glitches but they never showed it to us (the bride and groom) and kept a great and upbeat attitude while rolling with the punches. We are truly grateful for that.
Again we were completely thrilled with the Moonlighters! They more than fulfilled all of our expectations! -- Ryan V, Richmond, VA, 1/27/2007
- They were perfect for my wedding!! The music was unbelievable!! There song list perfect! And they got people on the floor and dancing - even people that I thought would never dance. Thank you so much for a wonderful addition to a wonderful day. -- Julie M, Roanoke, VA, 10/7/2006
