Description

High quality musicianship and a professional attitude: that is what the Boston String Ensemble brings to every event we play. We recognize that it's not enough just to play our instruments well (which we do-BSE musicians grace the stages of Symphony Hall, Jordan Hall, Sanders Theater, and Carnegie regularly while performing solo recitals and with professional orchestras). We must also work hard to make your event run as smoothly as possible. That is why we maintain a full time support office, so that when you have questions, we can give you answers. The Boston String Ensemble has a very large genre-spanning repertoire, and we are always willing to add new pieces at your request. Whether you need a string quartet for your wedding at the State Room, a trio for your retirement party at the office, or a solo violinist for your engagement dinner, the Boston String Ensemble will work for you to guarantee absolutely top quality music and a friendly hassle-free experience.

The BSE also works with many of the first-call wedding bands in the Boston area. Book both your wedding ceremony and your reception through us and we can arrange a package deal, cutting down on the cost and the stress of dealing with multiple groups.
