About White Winged Dove:
WWD is the creation of Barbara Joy, a long time Stevie Nicks fan, and tribute artiste. Barbara has been performing Stevie tributes since 1993, longer than any current SN tribute band, or artist, in the world. She has gathered only the finest musicians for White Winged Dove, the World's most authentic Stevie tribute band.
Barbara has received recognition for being the closest in sound and presentation of Stevie, by both long time fans, as well as some in Miss Nicks' own circle of friends/family. She is the only tribute artist critically acclaimed World Wide, for her "dead-on" Stevie vocals.
We believe when you go to see a Stevie tribute, you want to be swept away, to a time when concerts were something you counted the days until, and when you went, were mesmerized, for that hour or two. Then, you talked about it for days. A White Winged Dove concert is not a "band playing in a venue", it is an EPIC EVENT.
