Potts & Pans Steelband is a steelpan ensemble that molds itself to your event. With performers from a solo pannist with backing tracks through a full 9 piece steelband, and genres from classical to calypso, Potts & Pans Steelband will be the perfect entertainment for your event. Led by Matt Potts, a graduate of the Northern Illinois University Steelpan Program, the group is comprised of talented pannists from around the Chicagoland area.
Along with playing calypsos, the band enjoys showing the true versatility of the steelpan by playing other genres like classical, pop rock, doo-wop, latin, and just about anything else. We are always open to requests from our hosts, and will learn just about any type of music for your event. You name it and Potts & Pans Steelband will get it done for you.
