The entire booking process was seamless—Tim provided a clear price upfront and offered flexible payment options, which made everything stress-free. He arrived 30 minutes before the event to set up, which he did quickly and efficiently. Tim also brought a printout of his extensive song list, allowing us to request our favorite tunes throughout the evening. He played beautifully for three hours, although we were so captivated by his performance that we wished it could have lasted all night!
