Description
New Member since July 2009: Lynn Loosier is a redheaded, blue-eyed, soul singer, which may seem like an oxymoron to those who tend to judge the book by the cover, but just wait until she opens her mouth to sing... pure soul. Lynn can sing any style of music from jazz, blues, R&B, gospel, country, & rock with the natural & effortless ability to connect to each song's story & move an audience. David Finkle at Backstage Magazine sums up her versatile & raw style with this simple sentence, Loosier is a saloon singer, which by the way is a big compliment in my book. She's got power in her motor, but also knows how to apply the brakes for a welcome change-of-pace. Lynn has performed at Lincoln Center, Jazz at Lincoln Center, The Apollo, Town Hall, Joe's Pub, The Metropolitan Room, The Empire Room in Chicago .... the list goes on and on.
