DESCRIPTION:
OVER 500 PERFORMANCES! Harvey is a well established, professional Elvis Tribute Artist, who began to pay tribute to his favorite country singers in 2005. He began including his Country Classics set in Legends shows in the Houston area and immediately received wonderful responses from both old and new fans. In 2006, he began his special Hank Williams tribute and has performed as Hank in various legends shows, always receiving wonderful responses and compliments. He also performed a Marty Robbins tribute. His salute to classic artists such as Hank Williams, Marty Robbins, Jim Reeves, George Jones, Conway Twitty, Johnny Cash, Merle Haggard, Eddy Arnold, and Faron Young, is not only growing in regard to song selection but with time, he is adding songs from other great artists - songs that, over the years, have made people turn their radio up when they heard them. His list of radio favorites include upbeat songs, classic ballads, romantic love songs, gospel songs, and more. Harvey recorded his second gospel CD in 2006, receiving radio airplay in the east Texas area. He also recorded his first Country Classics CD in 2006, which is available upon request for demonstation purposes. Also available is his new DVD which features 50 minutes of concert footage of both his Elvis and Country Classics shows. Harvey had been performing since 2000, including over 50 appearances per year in 2003, 2004, 2005, and over 100 in 2006, (109); and 2007(187)! (He has 164 for 2008!)(as of May 10th.) He even has four concerts scheduled for 2009. For longer concerts, Harvey's wife, Sharon, performs a Patsy Cline/oldies set between Harvey's sets. Whether you want just his country set or a legends show that includes an Elvis set, Harvey will work with you to give you a polished, professional, personable performance that you'll long remember.

Harvey and his wife Sharon were the ultimate professionals. Harvey's vocal range and the strength of his voice were incredible. He also had a repertoire that ideally suited the attendees at our event, mostly retired couples who fondly remember the 50s and 60s and the music of Elvis Presley. His knowledge of country music and chosen selections were superb and he received a standing ovation from all attendees and other campers at the conclusion of his performance. Strongly suspect that Harvey will be called upon again for our next Rally in Texas.
