Harvey is a well established, professional Elvis Tribute Artist, who began to pay tribute to his favorite country singers in 2005. He began including his Country Classics set in Legends shows in the Houston area and immediately received wonderful responses from both old and new fans. In 2006, he began his special Hank Williams tribute and has performed as Hank in various legends shows, always receiving wonderful responses and compliments. He also performs a Marty Robbins tribute. His salute to classic artists such as Hank Williams, Marty Robbins, Jim Reeves, George Jones, Conway Twitty, Johnny Cash, Merle Haggard, Eddy Arnold, and Faron Young, is not only growing in regard to song selection but with time, he is adding songs from other great artists (such as George Strait, Alan Jackson, Tracy Bryd) - songs that, over the years, have made people turn their radio up when they heard them. His list of radio favorites include upbeat songs, classic ballads, romantic love songs, gospel songs, and more. Harvey recorded his second gospel CD in 2006, receiving radio airplay in the east Texas area. He also recorded his first Country Classics CD in 2006, which is available upon request for demonstation purposes. Harvey had been professionally performing since 2001, including over 50 appearances per year in 2003, 2004, 2005, and over 100 in 2006, (109); and 2007(187)! 263 in 2008!)(He has 304 concerts scheduled for 2009 and 39 for 2010!.) For longer concerts, Harvey's wife, Sharon, performs a Patsy Cline/oldies set between Harvey's sets. • Harvey and his wife Sharon were the ultimate professionals. Harvey's vocal range and the strength of his voice were incredible. He also had a repertoire that ideally suited the attendees at our event, mostly retired couples who fondly remember the 50s and 60s and the music of Elvis Presley. His knowledge of country music and chosen selections were superb and he received a standing ovation from all attendees and other campers at the conclusion of his performance.
