Jamal performed at my 5 year breast cancer survivor event July 7th and was AMAZING! His professionalism was impeccable. He followed up before the event, arrived to the venue 2 hours early to set up and completely WOWED me and my guest. A complete gem soon to be discovered so book him now so that you can say, "he once played at my event!"

J Riley did not show up for my booked/paid for event. I am very disappointed with the unprofessionalism. Since Mr. Riley did not make an attempt to contact me by 4 days prior to event I contacted him by phone to confirm. Said he was traveling and could not speak to me personally and sent text messages with a promise to contact me when he could. This never happened. When He was 2 hours late for the event I contacted him by phone. He then apologized for not showing up and promised to be there in an hour. This never happened. When I called him again he said he did not show because he did not have my address and would process a refund Monday morning. #disappointed

While again apologize for the miscommunication on my end that led to how things transpired. I talked to Gigmasters this morning at 9am, told them to initiate your refund, and I also texted you afterwards, at which I didn't get a response from you.

Jamal was very professional and provided a list of songs for us to pick from for both the ceremony and cocktail hour. He is easy to reach and understood the vibe we were going for. He even asked for the wedding colors and blended in :).

Amazing! Jamel's customer service was beyond amazing! He was responsive, and kept me in the loop about any hurdles he came across while finding the songs I selected for my wedding. I used a few main stream songs but some others weren't main stream. He attended our rehearsal and made sure he had access to all of the outlets he needed and made sure we were on the same page as to which songs went where in the program, since I switched songs alot. I would hire Jamel a thousand times over! I gave him free range to play songs as guests arrived and all of my guest went on and on about how great he was. He was worth every penny! He made our day even better with his talents!

I was looking to have a surprise element for my wedding ceremony and Jamal Riley delivered that and more. He was very professional coordinating with us prior to the wedding and he was even available for rehearsal. He will travel so do not let distance stop you from having the best! I am forever grateful because during the final stages of the wedding ceremony I realized I forgot to download our recessional song and I just knew there would be dead silence as we exited the venue but Jamal downloaded our song the night before and had it ready to play. J T Riley played the saxophone at my wedding on March 28, 2015. The wedding started at 5:00 p.m. and he was there on time. He played a mixture of songs from Ribbon in the Sky, Here Comes the Bride, and the wedding songs. The guests loved his music. He received a multitude of praises. Some of the people comments was that he should be playing as a professional like Kenny G because he was just that good. Overall, I give Mr. Riley 5 stars and would recommend for all people whether near or far to sought after him to their wedding and any other event that a saxophone player is needed. He was well as a team with other musicians and as an individual.
