Palin's staff took one look at Patsy & escorted her backstage to play a joke on Sarah at a huge rally. Sarah came through the curtain, grabbed Patsy by the shoulders, and said she was looking at her double. After finding out they shared the same University degree, same 1st job (TV anchor), same middle name, and both had children with Down Syndrome, Sarah mused, "Wow! We DO have a lot in common!"
