This man Joseph Laine was a disgrace. He was clearly intoxicated before he came to the event. The event had 50 kids at it and yet rather than spend time with them he chose to stay at the bar and drink. He was dressed as Santa Claus and he really upset a lot of kids. I asked him to comply with a full refund and he refused. Maybe that will happen if someone gets this email. Every adult there noticed this. The man is a jerk. I will never use him again.

Sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the services provided. Perhaps you may be confused with the actual events that occurred on December 12,2014 at Doc O' Grady Irish Bar in Garden City New York. You have made serious unfounded accusations regarding Santa's character and behavior. I believe that one can certainly question your judgment and wisdom of selecting a bar as a proper venue for young impressionable children. Santa arrived a half hour early and spent the evening having photographs taken with all the children. Furthermore Santa does not lie and he knows that he is a role model and has always acted accordingly and fulfilled his obligations.

Santa Jo was awesome, came early, very professional, very accommodating, and very approachable to the kids. We booked Santa Jo for Christmas Eve and the kids were in disbelief, they loved Santa Jo giving out presents to the whole family. We took pictures with Santa and Santa read a story with the kids. We recommend Santa Jo whomever would like to make next years Christmas magical to their kids or any other occasion. We are very happy with Santa Jo’s services. Thank you Santa Jo

Santa Joe was good, not great. First the positives, he was accommodating on time, was very punctual and communicative, and was good with a large group of kids aged 5-9. His Santa character wasn’t horribly convincing - a little better than a run of the mill mall Santa, but not much. Good for pictures, but light on content. We didn’t program out much content and we got what we asked for (toy distribution, some photos, etc) and not much more. Kids were delighted to see him come through the door but lost interest and we ended session a bit early as a result. Probably better for an adult party. Again, positive experience but nothing magical.
