THIS SANTA IMPOSTER STOOD OUR FAMILY AND ABOUT 15 CHILDREN UP AFTER MONTHS OF PLANNING RIGHT UP TO THE EVENT. FELL OFF THE GRID, REFUSING TO ANSWER TEXTS, CALLS MESSAGES, ETC.
NOT COOL.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIRING THIS PERSON EXPECTING A GOOD OUTCOME.

We hired George for a small event at our house. We discussed over the phone how the party would be structured and what we expected from him (picture taken, gift exchange, etc.). He was very professional, remembered kid names and engaged with them. We took photos together and had a great night. He really looks like Santa. I will hire home again next year.

Santa George contacted us and said he was in an automobile and couldn’t show up. We were in an area that had little to no cell service and didn’t know why he wasn’t there until we left that night, which was not his fault. He explained he was getting an MRI for injuries so I hope and pray he is doing well. I was unable to answer the above questions proficiently due to him not being there, but he was professional when contacting me to let me know why. I hate to put bad ratings on the others but I can’t answer them and it won’t let you proceed unless you do.

Communication was not the greatest. I had to initiate the conversations and then follow up.
In my opinion, being a Santa is a huge responsibility and could make or break a kids Christmas. This didn’t seem to be at the top of the list in this case. I didn’t let the kids do pictures with Santa at the mall because I knew I had this coming.
The day of, the Santa called and said his pipes froze but he was still going to make it. I told him it was a surprise so if he was cancelling I could spin it with the other adults. He assured me he didn’t want to let the kids down and we were still on. A hour and a half before the event he cancelled.
