We hired a singing telegram to congratulate our friends engagement at a dinner party. Since it was around Christmas we chose "Mrs. Clause" as the character and she showed up in a really nice costume - very professional and she did a great job with a fun skit and props. Our friends (the "victims") were very surprised and enjoyed it. I would definitely recommend it again.

Merry Minstrel singing telegram was awesome. Very professional and
very entertaining. The "birthday lady" had a lot of fun with this
surprise, singing, dancing and props. We would recommend this to

Was hoping for an all out clown with the face makeup too, but I was extremely satisfied on the professionalism when setting up the event and their ability to book such short notice. They went out of their way to tailor my event for what I needed and even went out of their way to wait until I could get to a public wifi spot to Webcam with my family in Florida so I could see their faces! We hit a snow storm up north and I called them to try and stall for an extra five minutes and told them my dilemma and they waited ten minutes and called me first to make sure I was ready! Very polite and professional!!

The experience produced lots of laughs for the birthday person and everyone present at the gorilla's arrival. The costume was clever and the show well more than we expected. The only small downside of the event was the gorilla was late arriving, but that was far out weighed by the performance.

Santa joined us for a family Christmas party. He was timely and courteous as well as professional and appropriate. The costume was good but the older children noticed right away his real hair and clothing under his outfit. The younger children (3-4) were very excited and not a single child was intimidated or scared which I think is a hard thing to pull off. He was less convincing to any child over 5 so I would hesitate recommending him unless the age range was limited to 5 and under. He read a story to the children and passed out candy canes. He was kind but very quiet and while we had booked him for an hour, was able to sneak out after about 20 min.

Santa Rick,who is my Brother,arrived at 310 and left at 401pm. He has a real beard and hair and does not wear hair accessories.It is not possible to see his real hair "under his costume." It is also not possible to see clothing through a neck buttoned,knee length Victorian velvet costume. He begins his visit with a story which takes about 20 minutes with questions and answers. He then poses for photos with each child which takes a minimum of 2 to 3 minutes each. I do not mind truthful/constructive reviews,however this review is simply not true.Additionally,Santa was tipped $30.I would point out the review by Richard C the day prior for 5 stars is also for Santa Rick.

I am really disappointed and in fact want my money back. The man came into my friend's house and said they met on eharmony.com in front of her boyfriend. He even took his mask off at one point. I wanted a singing telegram to celebrate her 30th birthday and that is what I got? He didn't say happy birthday or SING at all, he was suppose to be a SINGING TELEGRAM.
It was awkward and not a fun surprise at all. I want my money back.

I'm sorry to hear you feel your girlfriend did not have a good time with her telegram. I understand there were 2 people present.If there were only two people present it is possible you are not seeing a complete video. This was a surprise sent to a door and we start singing and having fun as soon as making contact with victim. There may have not been time for the boyfriend to grab a phone or video camera. Kevin has been performing more than 20 years and I've never had an issue with one of his shows. If there is a full video tape from the door opening until the end I would like to see it to fully understand any issue with the performance.

Our grand kids were surprised and in awe of Santa. He read 2 books to them and they were in complete silence. He then had each child receive a gift and have their picture taken. Overall Santa met our expectations for the children. He could have been more jovial with more HoHoHo's and he did have trouble with some word pronunciations from the stories he read.

She was great! It was my mother's 80th birthday. Her husband as recovering from surgery, and we were having a quiet family weekend. The merry minstrel was such an uplifting person! She sang a cute and clever song and made mom laugh. It was a perfect way to make a fuss over the birthday girl. She loved it! My niece captured it on her iPad as a video, and we played it later for mom's husband who was napping at the time of the singing telegram. We all got a kick out of watching it later on that evening too. Thank you for making a special lady's birthday extra special!
