Santa Charles was great! He arrived promptly as scheduled and was a huge surprise for both the young -- and young at heart. He was terrific and very patient with the children -- including those that were not exactly being the most cooperative. He remained in perfect character throughout his stay, even when my dog attempted to bite him! I would highly recommend Santa Charles, and will definitely contact him again for future Christmas parties.
